Yes. The home is prepared for connection to electricity (230 V), water, and sewage. The pipework is routed for easy hookup to your on-site connections. We can also recommend a specialist for the installation.

Basic insulation is included with every home and is suitable for three-season use. For year-round living, we offer an upgraded insulation package for walls, floors, and roof that meets winter requirements.

A deposit of 150,000 CZK + VAT is due upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due before delivery. All prices are listed excluding VAT. For business purchases (VAT payers), the reverse charge mechanism applies — VAT is settled by the buyer.
